Values

More than scheduling alone

Before execution starts, we also fold subsidy logic, certification and reuse into the way the project is shaped.

Principles

What this should feel like for the client

Less noise in execution, fewer unclear decisions and a stronger line between planning and delivery.

We move projects in the right order: first content, then planning, then execution.

Questions are always tied back to budget impact, timing or technical consequences.

Transparent

Changes are made explicit before they affect the build.

Pragmatic

We choose solutions that are technically sound and actually buildable.

Accountable

Every relevant decision keeps a visible owner and impact.

How long until I receive a quote?

After the site visit, you will receive a detailed quote within 1 to 2 weeks. For more complex projects, this may take a bit longer.

Do you work with fixed prices or post-calculation?

We work with a detailed quote based on fixed prices. Additional work is always discussed and approved in advance.

How does communication work during the project?

You have one fixed contact person. We provide regular updates (by phone, email, or WhatsApp) and are available for questions.

What if something goes wrong or is not to your liking?

Do you help with permits?

We advise on permit requirements and can refer to architects if needed. The permit application itself is outside our scope.

Can you also do just part of the work?

Yes, we also do targeted renovations and finishing. Discuss your specific needs during the consultation.
